itec group is recruiting for a Maintenance Team Lead that has a minimum of 2 years of leadership/mentorship experience within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include: Scheduling hours and PM schedules Coordinate maintenance department meetings Oversee maintenance team members on a high volume manufacturing facility Organizes/delegates work day for direct reports and follow-up Familiarity with material handling robots, conveyor systems Scheduling maintenance tasks for all machinery and the facility What you bring to the table: Experience with Hands-on maintenance of industrial equipment Millwright License- 443A Good safety track record and attitude towards an injury free environment Experience with CMMS is an asset itec group Inc. emphasizes the importance of building effective relationships between candidates and industry leading companies.
