OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to lead the design and production of marketing creative across digital campaigns, brand initiatives, and multimedia content.This role is responsible for translating marketing strategy into compelling visual assets that support campaigns, websites, presentations, and client-facing materials. The ideal candidate is a highly versatile designer with strong fundamentals in brand design, digital marketing, creative, and production execution.This position is well-suited to a designer who enjoys working across multiple formats from campaign graphics and brand collateral to website visuals and marketing videos while maintaining a high standard of creative quality and brand consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Creative & Campaign DesignDesign high-impact marketing materials, including digital ads, presentations, brochures, landing page assets, and branded collateralTranslate marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts and campaign creativeDevelop and maintain visual consistency across campaigns and brand materialsDigital & Web DesignCreate visual assets for websites, landing pages, and email marketingDesign graphics and layouts that support digital marketing initiativesCollaborate with internal teams to implement design updates across website platformsCreative ProductionPrepare and adapt creative assets for multiple formats and marketing channelsEnsure files are production-ready for both digital and print useMaintain organized creative libraries and asset management systemsVideo & MultimediaEdit short-form marketing and promotional videosCreate simple motion graphics or animated elements where neededOptimize multimedia content for digital channelsCollaborationWork closely with marketing and leadership teams to deliver creative that supports campaign objectivesManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesContribute ideas that elevate the visual impact of marketing initiativesQualificationsRequired Experience5+ years of professional design experience in a marketing, media, or agency environmentStrong portfolio demonstrating marketing campaigns, digital creative, and brand designAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After EffectsExperience designing for websites, landing pages, and digital marketing assetsStrong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchyExcellent attention to detail and production qualityPreferredExperience with modern design collaboration toolsFamiliarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or WixMotion graphics experience would be a plus!Basic coding skills are a bonus, tooExperience supporting marketing teams in a fast-paced environmentTools & PlatformsAdobe Creative SuitePremiere Pro / After EffectsWebsite platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Wix, or similar)What Were Looking ForWere looking for a designer who can move seamlessly between creative concept and production execution - someone who understands marketing goals and can translate them into strong visual communication.The ideal candidate is a versatile creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to the development of impactful marketing campaigns.Application RequirementsApplicants must submit:ResumePortfolio demonstrating marketing design, campaign creative, and brand work
