NCF Inversiones is on the lookout for a Blockchain Operations Coordinator to support our growing DeFi infrastructure, fully remote in Canada. This is a technical yet operationally focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys monitoring on-chain activities, verifying transaction accuracy, and coordinating processes across teams.You will be responsible for tracking blockchain transactions, maintaining operational dashboards, troubleshooting anomalies, and ensuring that all deployments and protocols operate efficiently. This role is hands-on but also requires the ability to document workflows, communicate with internal teams, and improve operational standards. Youll become the central point of operational knowledge for blockchain activity.Core ResponsibilitiesTrack transactions and monitor smart contract activityMaintain dashboards and reporting tools for operational transparencyVerify on-chain data accuracy and reconcile anomaliesCoordinate deployment schedules with engineering teamsDocument operational procedures and workflowsSupport process improvements for efficiency and scalabilitySalary: $8,200 $9,100 CAD per month
