AccountabilitiesOn-site SupportIdentify operational weaknesses of DCD technicians and continuously reinforce their knowledge to avoid performance losses and improve service quality.Design or revise DCD plans for projects under execution.Follow-up of the executed trajectories and projections according to drilling deviations.Conduct technical visits to critical projects.Accompany the start-up of new projects (logistics, administration, operations).Review daily operations reports (Krux, Performance, Power BI).Conduct weekly operations meetings with project managers, DCD operations management and Operations Manager.Perform implementation and performance reporting of new Devidrill designs/upgrades.Ensure that the technicians carry out daily reports (Krux).Collect drilling data from DDRs and perform monthly reporting as agreed with the client (KPI).To permanently monitor the safety conditions of the site where DCD activities are carried out.Ensure compliance with safety procedures in the field.Expected OutcomesProvide our field technicians with technical support to improve operational decisions.Ensure directional drilling plans are the best option to execute themPromote the technical development of our field personnel.Provide accurate information in response to customer inquiries in the field.Identify potential improvements in our operation and discuss them with the Operations Manager before implementing them.Provide monthly reports as agreed with the client.Commercial ManagementDesign DCD plans for the bidding stage of new projects.Identify possible new opportunities for IMDEX in the project where you are working.Identify new projects in the territory where agreed with Sales and Customer Service Management and lead contact with potential customers.Expected OutcomesCollaborate in the development of DCD sales to the commercial area giving technical support.Collaborate in sales meeting to present the designed DCD plans for the bidding stage of new projects and to give technical support.Participate in the different mining shows and conventions as required.Inventory Management Review inventories and parts consumption for each assigned project on a monthly basis. Perform SPO of assigned projects under established performance and submit to operations management for approval.Expected Outcomes Timely control and supply of equipment and spare parts to sustain smooth operations.Purchase Management Review and approve the purchase of materials necessary to maintain continuity of operation. Review and approve the purchase of necessary PPE to ensure that each worker has the necessary items. Raise workwear needs according to project conditions to operations management.Expected Outcomes Ensure execution of projects with all necessary materials. Ensure that all technicians have the necessary PPE's to perform the service.
