Role Overview As a Senior CAD and Revit Drafter, you will focus mainly on drafting and some design, optimizing workflows, reducing errors, and improving feedback systems to deliver precise, high-quality cladding shop drawings for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed architectural faade shop drawings and production drawings using AutoCAD and RevitPrepare cladding layouts, sections, details, and installation drawings for fabrication and constructionDevelop and maintain AutoCAD templates, Revit families, and drafting standardsCoordinate drawings with architects, engineers, project managers, and fabrication teamsReview project documents to ensure compliance with design intent and project specificationsIdentify drafting improvements to reduce errors and improve workflow efficiencyMaintain high standards of accuracy, coordination, and documentation qualityLead BIM coordination across project teams to ensure drawings are accurate and consistent with design intentPrepare and maintain material take-offs and Bills of Materials (BOM) to support project managers and fabrication teamsQualificationsBachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Architectural Technology, or related field10+ years of drafting experience in faade/cladding/building envelope projectsAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD and RevitStrong experience preparing shop drawings for faade systems (rainscreen, metal panels, etc.)Experience creating Revit families, templates, and drafting standardsStrong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction documentationExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with BIM workflows is an assetAutodesk Revit or AutoCAD certification preferredBenefits:Competitive salary and bonus structureComprehensive health insurance packageGenerous paid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environmentIf you are an experienced Autodesk Revit user with an architectural background and a passion for driving change, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Mitrex and Cladify.
