Salary: CA$75,000.00 - CA$100,000.00 per yearThis is a fully remote position.We are a boutique Canadian Immigration Law Firm located in downtown Toronto looking for anexperienced Immigration Lawyerwithat least 3 years experience.Most of our clients have a history of refusals. You must have a deep & well-rounded knowledge of immigration law and be able to advise clients & build applications from start to finish.You will be responsible for handing temporary and permanent resident applications, including, but not limited to:Visitor VisasStudy PermitWork PermitsSponsorshipsExpress EntryProvincial Nominee ProgramsJudicial ReviewsTRPsH&CRESPONSIBILITIES:Consultations (w/ commission benefits)Assist clients with the preparation of immigration applicationsProvide legal advice and assistance to clients regarding immigration matters.Review and analyze immigration laws and regulations.Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws and regulations.Conduct research on immigration casesQUALIFICATIONS:Licensed Canadian LawyerMinimum 3 years experienceAbility to problem-solve and make decisionsStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsStrong computer/tech skills (ie.
