The Clinical Solution team's mission is to make Measurement-Based Care the engine for better decisions, continuous improvement, and measurable clinical and financial impact across provider organizations.You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Clinical Solution, working closely with a strong cross-functional pod. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deeply understand customer needs and ensure that what we build drives measurable clinical and financial impact for our provider organizations. You'll shape how providers use data and AI to make better care decisions, drive engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes.This is a role for a PM who wants to own a product that directly impacts the quality of mental health care for millions of patients and who has the product craft, cross-functional leadership, AI-native mindset and ambition to lead across a demanding and high-impact scope.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the accountable owner for product outcomes and roadmaps for the Clinical Solution, ensuring alignment with Greenspace's strategic objectives.Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, and clinical teams to shape, validate, and deliver impactful solutions.Lead discovery, ideation, and delivery across the Clinical Solution product area, driving value for clinicians and provider organizations.Define and ship AI-powered features, owning the product vision for how AI meaningfully improves the clinician experience.Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with company leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing deeply understand their needs and priorities, manage competing demands, and ensure the roadmap reflects both customer needs and commercial strategy.Set measurable objectives and drive execution against key product metrics including clinician engagement, satisfaction, feature adoption, and financial impact.Prioritize and communicate product requirements, making clear tradeoffs based on business goals, technical effort, and user impact.Evolve our product practices to be AI-native lead process improvements that leverage AI tools across discovery, design, and delivery to increase the team's speed and impact.Maintain strong process discipline for backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder updates, and cross-team alignment.QualificationsStrong product craft track record of shipping impactful products, translating customer needs into clear specs, and making sharp prioritization tradeoffs that drive measurable outcomes.High agency with a bias for speed and action proactively identifies problems and opportunities and drives them forward.Track record of managing wide product scope with competing stakeholder priorities across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Engineering.Comfort with ambiguity proven ability to lead discovery on new problem spaces where the answer isn't obvious.AI fluency and enthusiasm strong intuition for what AI can and should do in a product; actively uses AI tools in their own workflows, thinks in AI-native terms, and has experience collaborating with data or AI teams to define and ship intelligent product features.Exceptional communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum environments; expert at backlog management and adapting delivery cadences to team needs.5+ years of Product Management experience, with significant ownership of B2B or B2B2C web products.This is for you if you have...Experience in health-tech, behavioral health, or regulated digital industries.Experience with data products, analytics, or insights-heavy features.A track record of shipping AI/ML-powered product features.This Sr PM role is a unique opportunity to own the product that sits at the center of Greenspace's mission the experience that clinicians rely on to deliver better care.
