Corporate Actions AssociateA leading financial institution is seeking a Corporate Actions Associate to support Capital Markets operations. This role manages the endtoend processing of North American corporate actions, supporting Canadian trades across multiple entities in North America and Europe.Responsibilities include managing complex and highrisk corporate actions, ensuring accurate elections and entitlements, clearing cash and stock breaks, monitoring short positions and pending trades, and mitigating risk. The role requires close collaboration with trading desks, operations teams, internal partners, and counterparties, while acting as a subject matter expert for corporate actions. Involvement in process improvements, controls, and system integrations is expected.Requirements5+ years in asset servicing, including 3+ years in voluntary corporate actionsStrong financial services and regulatory knowledgeBachelors degree (mathfocused preferred)Expertise in voluntary election arbitrageWorking knowledge of BPS, CDS, DTC, and ExcelStrong risk awareness and problemsolving skillsNice to HaveExperience with BNP Neolink, Global One, FIS XSP/RISA, iMatch, Global FrameworkCash Prime Brokerage client experienceWe may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
