Title: Program Manager - Finance ERP Transformation HealthcareDuration: 12-24 months to start (Program length: 3 years)Location: Remote in Canada (Needs to work Eastern or Atlantic hour)Start Date: ASAPCompensation: $90-$95/hourInterviews: Virtual with the Director and Hiring ManagerMust Haves:10+ years of experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programsProven experience leading ERP transformation initiatives- specific experience overseeing implementations of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsStrong finance domain knowledge including: Financial accounting, FP&A, Finance data flows and reporting, Accounts PayableExperience managing multiple cross-functional program streamsStrong experience with: Stakeholder management, Vendor / system integrator management, Risk management, Change managementExperience establishing program governance, delivery standards, and reportingExperience managing large program budgets, timelines, and cross-functional resourcesExperience of working with multiple delivery methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, HybridExperience leading programs within an insurance or Healthcare organization.
