Were currently hiring an Administrative Support / Document Processing Clerk to join our growing team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, detail-focused work and wants to be part of a team that genuinely helps people move forward financially. What You'll Be DoingThis role focuses primarily on data entry, electronic file management, and document organization to support several teams within the firm.Responsibilities may include:Entering client and case information into internal systemsUploading, naming, and organizing electronic documentsReviewing files to ensure required documentation is completeSorting, categorizing, and maintaining digital recordsSupporting administrative workflows for insolvency and client service teamsAssisting with general administrative tasks as neededWhat Were Looking ForStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable with high-volume data entry and document handlingOrganized and able to manage multiple files simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office and digital file systemsAbility to work independently while supporting a collaborative teamPrevious administrative, data entry, or office support experience is an asset
