We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely processing of orders, and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.Duties:Supervise warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluationsCoordinate and prioritize daily activities to meet production goalsMonitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock countsOversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goodsImplement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environmentCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfactionOperate forklifts (Counterbalance, Walkie, Raymond Reach) and other warehouse equipment as neededAssist with picking and packing orders when needed, using RF ScannersRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plusProven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyProficient in computerized inventory management systemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targetsFamiliarity with continuous improvement methodologies is preferredKnowledge of Outlook or other email software for communication purposesForklift license and experience required: Counterbalance, Walkie, Raymond ReachComfortability working in a freezer and cold environmentsLocation: On- site
