Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Consultant based in Windsor, ON. The Consultant will provide strategic advice, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions tailored to customer needs. Responsibilities include conducting market analyses, developing client-specific strategies, presenting actionable insights, and working closely with teams to ensure successful implementation. Building and maintaining client relationships and staying informed on industry trends to provide expert guidance will be essential aspects of the role. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform market analyses and develop data-driven strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools to ensure successful program implementation Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in sectors such as construction, transportation, energy, or agriculture is an asset Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and provide exceptional client support Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently Prior experience in consultancy or business advisory roles is preferred
