Job Title: Project Management Specialist (Contract) Location: Oakville ON- Hybrid (3 days in office) Employment type: Contract (12-18 months) Existing vacancy: Yes Reports to: Manager, Project Management (Innovation & Replenishment) Compensation: $65,000+ CDN Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, implementation, & execution of projects and ensuring adherence to timelines and critical milestone dates. Coordinate and work collaboratively with cross-functional team to ensure all new item launches and special replenishment initiatives are available to ship to customers on time. This includes leading weekly meetings and ensuring project trackers are up to date. Oversee the management, tracking & execution of change controls, ensuring no gaps in supply due to product transitions (i.e. label changes, formula changes etc.) May involve overseeing the management, tracking & execution of work orders for promotional items (in-store displays, marketing initiatives etc.) Direct & communicate project priorities to project team members and communicate key project timelines & milestone dates to all key business units. Oversee product label approvals, which may include directing colleagues across the organization to ensure labels are fully approved to print within the due dates Drive solutions for any identified obstacles by working with the cross-functional team. Identify risks early and proactively work to mitigate or avoid them. Escalate obstacles when necessary to management.
