Job Description

Scope of the Position The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the entry, coordination, and tracking of electrical projects within the region. This role supports the project team by ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery, and effective communication with customers and vendors. Responsibilities Use strong organizational skills and electrical knowledge to coordinate, execute, and follow up on project-related tasks in collaboration with the project team. Utilize computer softwareincluding Excel, Word, Outlook, and technical selection toolsto make accurate product selections and coordinate customer orders. Review customer specifications and interpret CAD drawings to ensure orders are accurate and delivered to job sites on schedule. Work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment. Enter all customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Track and monitor orders to ensure delivery timelines are met. Process adjustments or changes to orders as required. Review and approve drawings related to project orders. Monitor billing to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Manage order returns, modifications, and additions. Maintain strong vendor relationships to support smooth order fulfillment. Communicate relevant order and project information to customers and internal stakeholders. Resolve issues related to orders and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Other duties as required. Education & Training High School Diploma required. Electrical program graduate preferred. Proficient in technical software and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills. Experience: 13 years of related experience required.
