In this full-time, permanent role, youll help our client with their Customer Service and Sales needs. What Youll Do: Achieve sales goals by consulting customers with technical and commercial information Encourage client to go beyond his initial need and requirement Continuously generate sales by quoting according to customer specifications and personal recommendations Following up on customer quotations through regular telephone contact Maintain customer contact through occasional onsite visits Accurately cost items based on guidelines provided by Operations and Accounting Create sales orders in ERP system Re-connect with past customers based on review of historic sales Access and provide product availability information Correspond with customers, dealers, purchasers and sales representatives Suggest and implement LEAN ideas to improve department processes Generate the best possible business experience for our customer What Were Looking For: Post-Secondary Education or minimum of 3 years equivalent work experience.
