Role/Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced SME (HR & Legal Systems) Manufacturing leader . Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring Deep and broad experience in above domains preferably in large Industrial / Hitech Manufacturing organizations Must Have Experience: Industrial Manufacturing (15yrs to 20yrs) HCL is looking for Domain experience in HR & Legal Systems -ADP, Payroll, Kronos, Workday HR Systems Workday implementation experience will be preferred Integration with SAP ERP & Systems like ADP , Payroll , HR Systems Play Key Role in Business Relationships for corporate functions Drive Thought Leadership Build Business / IT Business Experience with Integrated Operating Systems Key Experience within Industrial Manufacturing Experience in Combination of Application Management / IT Management / Incident Management / Transformation Management Cross Domains Manage & Engage with Client / Stakeholders Experience on Business side & Internal Business Experience / Handle Portfolio of 10 to 20 million Experience with Global Trade is plus nice to have Requirements Deep and broad experience in above domains preferably in large Industrial / Hitech Manufacturing organizations Expertise in consulting in one or many areas of Talent Acquisition, Time & Attendance, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Demonstrated experience in key focus areas like: 5+ years experience with large HR platforms like Success Factors / Workday is required Workday implementation experience will be preferred Should have designed and built solutions and capabilities in one or more of above sub domains for some of the largest Industrial companies Experience with working in a technology consulting organization or in a technology transformation initiative as a lead Has good sales acumen, applies client knowledge, consulting sales, opportunity management and contract processes to structure high impact solutions for clients Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly at an executive level, with excellent written and oral presentation skills; fluent in English Preferred knowledge and experience in pioneering technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, NLP, Cognitive computing, AR/VR, BI/Analytics through cutting edge solution deployments Highly structured and conceptual mind-set, coupled with strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction Must have demonstrated expertise in consulting engagements involving process reengineering, product assessments, benchmarking, process monitoring, value management and business case creation Responsibilities Capability Lead (HR & Legal) Manufacturing: Provides industry specific domain sales support through identification, development, and execution of targeted sales opportunities Supports the sales organization with new account penetration strategies for consulting and involved in all stages of the sales engagement Develops industry specific strategy and value proposition including identifying industry trends and sources of major disruption in the industry, articulating a solution capability at the C-level. Addresses what to sell and how to sell, and will identify any gaps in existing consulting offerings that need to be addressed Publishes industry articles and white papers, Speaks at internal and external industry events Manages consulting engagement delivery by setting up the program, establishing clear deliverables and plan, overseeing the team to deliver as per the statement of work. Prepares and delivers presentations to customers at the highest levels of management. Works closely with sales staff, sales management, and marketing staff to ensure successful positioning of consulting and that a consistent message is communicated to our customers and/or business partners. Responsibilities: In Capability Lead (HR & Legal) Manufacturing: Strategic Oversight Act as the single point of contact for the entire capability. Co-define and align the capabilitys objectives with the organizations / engagement strategic goals in collaboration with the Customer Capability Owner. Delivery Management & Risk Management Oversee global development, maintenance, and enhancement projects, Business outputs Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions across all sub-capabilities. Provide regular progress reports on capability delivery to Customer leadership. Collaborate proactively across capabilities to mitigate dependencies and risks, ensuring timely, quality delivery. Identify potential risk which impacts quality, time & cost, track it along with mitigation / corrective plans & work closely with Customer and respective stakeholders Act as Custodian of Single Window view of Monthly release calendar of all the Projects planned for current & subsequent 2 months for better visibility, coordination across Service areas AMS, AD, Infrastructure teams Demand Management Proactively Gather and support the prioritization of business demands in partnership with the Customer Capability Owner. Align delivery timelines and resource availability with Customer schedules. Resource and Team Management Manage and allocate resources efficiently across Build and Run teams with-in Capability. Foster collaboration between cross-functional and infrastructure teams across sub-capability and as required across capabilities. Efficiency and Optimization Identify gaps and support driving initiatives to improve people, process, tools and technology efficiency. Adopt and implement best practices to enhance capability performance. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders from Customer to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Serve as the primary escalation point for issues within the capability.
