Call Center Specialist (Patient Care) Calgary Location: Chinook, Calgary, AB (Onsite) Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays required) - (5 days a week) Work Timings: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM MST Salary Range: $21.00$24.00 per hour + performance bonus up to $4/hour Join a Team That Changes Lives Every Day At Snore MD , we believe great sleep changes everything. Your role will be to create a welcoming, informed, and helpful experience every time. Answering a high volume of inbound patient calls with professionalism and warmth Educate patients on our clinics, services, and treatment options Guide patients through our process with clarity and compassion Upsell and cross-sell services in a patient-first way Resolve concerns quickly and empathetically Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Meet or exceed performance metrics (call volume, response time, resolution, etc.) Your goal is simple: make every patient interaction informative, reassuring, and helpful.
