Job Description

Title: Program Manager - Finance ERP Transformation Healthcare Duration: 12-24 months to start (Program length: 3 years) Location: Remote in Canada (Needs to work Eastern or Atlantic hour) Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $90-$95/hour Interviews: Virtual with the Director and Hiring Manager Must Haves: 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs Proven experience leading ERP transformation initiatives- specific experience overseeing implementations of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Strong finance domain knowledge including: Financial accounting, FP&A, Finance data flows and reporting, Accounts Payable Experience managing multiple cross-functional program streams Strong experience with: Stakeholder management, Vendor / system integrator management, Risk management, Change management Experience establishing program governance, delivery standards, and reporting Experience managing large program budgets, timelines, and cross-functional resources Experience of working with multiple delivery methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid Experience leading programs within an insurance or Healthcare organization. Pluses: Experience working directly with government program Experience leading finance transformation initiatives beyond ERP Experience with the Snowflake data platform Experience working with large system integrators or implementation partners Experience in public sector or government-adjacent environments The Company offers a total rewards package in accordance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and requirements.
