Role Summary The Paralegal supports the Legal Department in managing litigation, regulatory compliance, corporate records, and contract administration. This role works closely with the General Counsel and internal teams to ensure legal matters are organized, deadlines are met, and regulatory obligations are tracked. The Paralegal plays a key role in maintaining legal documentation, coordinating with external counsel, and supporting internal stakeholders on legal and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities Litigation & Dispute Management Coordinate litigation matters and liaise with external counsel Manage document collection, production, and litigation trackers Maintain litigation files, timelines, and key deadlines Assist with preparation of legal documents, affidavits, pleadings, and correspondence Support discovery processes including document review and organization Track legal spend and assist with budget monitoring for litigation matters Regulatory & Compliance Support Support regulatory filings, permits, and compliance tracking Monitor regulatory deadlines and reporting obligations Assist with preparation and submission of regulatory documentation Maintain compliance records and internal compliance trackers Support internal teams with regulatory inquiries and documentation requests Corporate Governance Maintain corporate records, minute books, and entity filings Coordinate board and shareholder documentation and resolutions Assist with corporate filings, registrations, and renewals Maintain corporate organizational charts and entity information Contract Management Assist with contract review, tracking, and administration Maintain contract databases and ensure proper document storage Track key contract dates such as renewals, expirations, and obligations Coordinate contract signatures and execution processes Support internal stakeholders with contract templates and basic legal documentation Legal Operations Support legal operations, including outside counsel invoices and legal trackers Maintain legal document management systems and filing structures Assist with development of legal policies, templates, and procedures Support internal investigations or audits when required Provide administrative and project support to the General Counsel Qualifications Paralegal diploma or equivalent legal training 5+ years experience in a law firm or in-house legal department Experience with litigation and regulatory matters preferred Experience supporting corporate governance and contract administration considered an asset Skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong document management and legal research skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Salary: 65,000 - 80,000 This is more than a job - its your opportunity to be part of something bigger.
