Job Title: Project Manager ICI Interiors Location: Oakville Experience Required: 35 Years Job Summary We are seeking a Project Manager with 35 years of experience in ICI interior construction to oversee tenant improvement and interior fit-out projects from pre-construction through to closeout. The ideal candidate has experience managing commercial interior projects such as office fit-outs, retail spaces, and tenant improvements, and is comfortable coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Key Responsibilities Manage ICI interior construction projects from planning and procurement through completion and turnover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking . Lead project meetings , prepare meeting minutes, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders . Work closely with site supervisors and field teams to ensure work is completed according to schedule and specifications. Ensure projects comply with health & safety standards, building codes, and contract requirements . Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact schedule, quality, or budget . Support procurement and subcontractor coordination . Manage project documentation and close-out , including deficiencies and turnover packages. Qualifications 35 years of Project Management experience in ICI interior construction . Experience managing tenant improvements, office interiors, retail fit-outs, or commercial interior renovations . Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts . Experience with RFI management, change orders, scheduling, and budget control . Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment . Education Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
