Experienced Home and Auto Insurance Professional Location: Stouffville, Ontario Full-Time Salary Range: $50,000$70,000 + Commission About the Opportunity We are seeking an Experienced Home and Auto Insurance Professional to join our highly engaged Distribution team. In this role, you will support clients with personalized home and auto insurance solutions while contributing to the profitable growth of the agency. What Youll Be Doing Provide exceptional service and sales support for personal lines insurance products. Recommend coverage options tailored to clients home and auto needs. Prospect and crosssell additional insurance products and services. Conduct front-line risk assessments and follow underwriting guidelines. Complete required inspections or re-inspections when necessary. Achieve goals related to service, sales, quality, and productivity. Help strengthen long-term, multi-product client relationships. Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed. What You Bring A valid General Insurance License . Minimum 3 years of service or related business experience. Strong knowledge of home and auto insurance products. Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills. A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service. A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team development. Ability to meet all provincial licensing and continuing education requirements. Your own vehicle, valid drivers license, and insurance may be required. A Criminal Record and Consumer History background check will be required for the successful candidate.
