Job Description

The Details is a creative marketing and design agency based in Fredericton. We are currently seeking a project coordinator to work on-site in our downtown office. THE ROLE The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of client projects at The Details. This is an organizational and administrative role, youll keep timelines accurate, clients updated, assets organized, and meetings documented. Youll work under direction from the Operations Director and Creative Directors, and you help ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This role is well suited to someone detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple active projects at once. RESPONSIBILITIES Project support Maintain and update project timelines and status reports Track deliverables, deadlines, and open action items across active projects Flag timeline risks or gaps to the Operations Director Organize and archive project files and documentation Assist in developing project scopes of work Track and record project expenses Client communication Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients on active projects Send status updates and follow-up notes to clients as directed Collect and organize client assets, approvals, and feedback Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and notes Coordinate scheduling for client calls and internal meetings Production coordination Coordinate the flow of assets between clients, the creative team, and suppliers Coordinate with third-party vendors as directed Write and distribute creative and production briefs as directed Review deliverables for completeness before client delivery Provide general administrative and operational support as needed WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities Comfortable taking direction and asking clarifying questions Proficiency with standard productivity tools (email, calendars, file sharing) Experience in an agency, communications, or administrative role is an asset PERKS We offer a competitive salary, health and dental benefits, paid time off, and a professional development fund to support your growth.
