By combining operational excellence with modern technology, we ensure consistent service quality, clear communication, and peace of mind for families no matter where they are located.We are building more than a service company we are creating the infrastructure for a new category in memorial care: respectful, scalable, and technology-enabled.The RoleWe are looking for a Creative Producer with a production mindset, not just a creative mindset.The difference? A 'creative' thinks about what to shoot. A 'production' thinker figures out how to launch 20 videos in parallel without losing a single one.You will transform briefs and scripts into finished video ads for Facebook and YouTube. The goal: Produce 1020 high-quality, 1530 second videos per week.Responsibilities1. Production Pipeline Management (Your Main Focus)Translate creative briefs and scripts into clear, actionable briefs for videographers, editors, and AI tools.Manage the end-to-end production of 1030 videos (1530 sec) weekly.Own the entire cycle: Pre-production (sourcing crews/locations) Remote Shoot Post-production (reviewing edits) Delivery to the marketing team.Manage the production budget and enforce strict deadlines.Deliver finished assets with essential metadata: Hypothesis, Target Persona, CTA, and Format.2. U.S.-Based Shoot CoordinationSource and hire freelance videographers and UGC actors across different U.S. states.Organize turnkey shoots: negotiate with local crews and secure locations.Coordinate the entire process remotely, from actor briefing to receiving raw footage.3. Discovery & Insight Generation (Insight-Driven Content)Interview product teams, sales teams, and customers to uncover real pain points and emotional triggers for scripts.Conduct short video interviews with real clients (serving as both research and raw content).Transform photo reports from field specialists into polished UGC assets.4. Analytics & ScalingPartner with the marketing team to analyze key metrics: CTR, Hook Rate, VTR, CPL.Identify winning formats to scale and kill underperforming concepts.Propose new hypotheses for the next testing cycle.5. Additional Formats (B2B2C)Assist in creating Sales Kits (brochures, presentations) for B2B partners.Participate in cross-marketing and product initiatives.Turn authentic user stories into ready-to-use advertising case studies.Requirements (Must-Haves)Fluent Russian. Our team is global, and our strength lies in this diversity. While English is the language of our external production work, Russian is often the language of our internal brainstorming sessions. You'll be collaborating with some of our key team members in Russian, so comfort with the language is a must to keep those creative sparks flying.Performance Marketing Experience. We need experience producing specifically for Facebook Ads / Instagram Reels, not brand image films or YouTube channel editing.Funnel Fluency. You understand what Hook Rate is and why the first 3 seconds are everything.Mastery in Remote Coordination. You know how to hire a videographer in Florida without ever shaking their hand.Multitasking Ability. You can juggle 10+ active projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.AI Proficiency. You actively use modern AI tools to speed up production (video/audio generation, editing automation).Strong Communication Skills. You can negotiate with contractors and sell your ideas to the internal team.Accountability.
