Role: Senior Estimator, ICI Duration: Permanent Working model: Full Time in Office Location: Toronto, ON Salary: $120,000-$150,000 + 4 Weeks Vacation, up to 5% RRSP matching & Benefits Your new company You will be joining a national leader in the construction industry, known for delivering large-scale, complex projects across Canada. Your new role As a Senior Estimator, you will play a vital part in winning new work and supporting the expansion of major projects. Youll work on large-scale initiatives valued between $1.5M and $1B+, collaborating with multidisciplinary internal teams and a range of external client groups. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out comprehensive quantity takeoffs for materials and labour required across multiple scopes of work Developing clear and structured quantity breakdowns based on drawings, specifications, and trade divisions Establishing accurate cost inputs for labour, equipment, and materials tailored to each project Cultivating strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client teams Assessing, comparing, and confirming supplier and subcontractor pricing to ensure full alignment with bid requirements Leading or participating in the estimating process for designbuild pursuits Identifying and connecting with new subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to broaden the companys network Recommending valuedriven alternatives that improve cost efficiency and strengthen bid proposals Providing guidance, coaching, and leadership to junior estimators as they develop their technical skills What youll need to succeed: A postsecondary diploma or degree in construction estimating or a related discipline, or equivalent handson industry experience A minimum of 8 years of estimating experience within the ICI construction sector Strong understanding of excavation, formwork, and related construction methodologies Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members effectively Advanced proficiency with industry estimation software Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive, longterm partnerships What youll get in return Competitive salary range of $120,000$150,000 Hybrid working environment RRSP program with up to 5% matching Transit pass reimbursement 4 weeks vacation Career growth supported by real and attainable development opportunities What you need to do now If this opportunity sounds like a fit, please reach out or apply with your most recent resume.
