THE ROLE We are seeking a high-caliber Tour Operations Manager to lead our logistics engine. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our international itineraries, ensuring that Gogo Tours reputation for excellence is upheld in every hotel stay, meal, and guided excursion. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: CHINESE FLUENCY Native or professional-level fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is MANDATORY. You must be able to conduct high-level negotiations, lead staff meetings, and manage traveler relations effectively in both Chinese and English. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Operational Excellence: Oversee daily logistics for group tours across Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa. Vendor Strategy: Manage and negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, and local operators. Cultural Curation: Tailor itineraries to meet the specific culinary, linguistic, and service expectations of the Chinese-Canadian market. Team Leadership: Manage a dedicated team of operations coordinators and professional tour leaders. Risk Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for on-tour disruptions and 24/7 support during peak seasons. QUALIFICATIONS * Experience: Proven professional experience in the travel industry or tour operations . Languages: Must be fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English (Written and Verbal). Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Chinese-Canadian community and travel trends. Tech Proficiency: Experience with travel booking systems, CRM, and WeChat for business.
