Role Overview TheOperations Manageris a hands-on operational leader responsible for driving profitability, operational excellence, and brand consistency across a portfolio of restaurant brands. This role oversees bothfranchise and corporate locations, acting as a trusted operational consultant to partners while directly supporting store-level leadership teams. The successful candidate will own performance across multiple brands, ensuring strong execution, disciplined cost control, and continuous improvement in the guest experience. This is ahigh-impact role for a strong hospitality operatorwho enjoys building systems, coaching teams, and driving measurable results across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Operational & Financial Performance Own and manage P&L performance across assigned brands and locations Drive improvements inrevenue, labour cost, food cost, and overall profitability Identify and implement revenue opportunities such as delivery optimization, catering programs, menu engineering, and LTOs Multi-Unit Operations Leadership Support and guidefranchise partners and corporate store teamsto ensure strong operational discipline Establish clear leadership routines, staffing models, and performance standards across locations Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans where needed Brand Standards & Operational Audits Ensure consistent execution ofbrand standards, SOPs, recipes, and service flow Conduct regular operational, financial, and compliance audits across stores Track corrective actions and maintain operational consistency across brands Training & Team Development Lead operational training initiatives for store managers and leadership teams Ensure teams are fully trained onSOPs, menu items, cost controls, and service standards Validate training effectiveness through follow-up visits and performance audits Marketing, Menu & Product Execution Work closely with Marketing to ensure stores are operationally prepared for campaigns and promotions Coordinate with culinary teams onmenu development, LTO launches, and product rollouts Ensure new initiatives are executed consistently across locations New Store Openings & Brand Expansion Supportnew restaurant openings and expansion initiativesacross the portfolio Assist with pre-opening planning, training, and opening-week operations Ensure new locations launch smoothly and achieve early operational stability Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of restaurant operations experience, ideally in multi-unit environments Experience supportingboth franchise and corporate locations Proven ownership ofP&L performance and profitability improvement Strong experience with operational training, audits, and performance management Experience supportingnew store openings or brand expansion Skills & Competencies Strongfinancial and commercial acumen Ability to lead acrossmultiple brands and operating models Highly organized, decisive, and execution-focused Strong coaching and leadership capabilities Comfortable operating in afast-growth, entrepreneurial environment Working Conditions Field-based role with regular travel between locations Evenings and weekends may be required as part of restaurant operations
