Our client is looking for a Communications Consultant to join their team for a 12+ month engagement. This role focuses on human-centric change, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. You will be focusing on stakeholder engagement and management. You must hold Active Clearance (reliability), as this is for a Government client. The rate range is $60-65 per hour, T4. This is a 12+ month role, fulltime hours per week, fully remote. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for helping develop and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to the target state. You will develop metrics to measure the transition and determine appropriate actions. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. Design and implement communication strategies to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, adjusting strategies, as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with organizational goals. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of change processes. Skills needed: proficiency in Stakeholder Communications. proficiency in Agile Change Management and External Stakeholder Engagement. 4+ years of experience with Corporate communications. Active Reliability, and therefore Government experience, is a must.
