NetSuite EPM Consultant (NSPB) Senior / Principal / Architect Location: Canada (Remote) Type: Full-time We are expanding our NetSuite EPM practice and are seeking high-calibre consultants with deep NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) expertise to join our growing team. This role is ideal for experienced consultants who have hands-on NSPB implementation experience and enjoy working closely with finance and executive stakeholders to design and deliver enterprise planning solutions. Depending on experience, candidates may join at Senior, Principal, or Architect level. You will play a key role in leading NetSuite EPM implementations, designing scalable planning solutions, and mentoring junior consultants within a rapidly growing practice. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementations of NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) Design and implement financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting models Work closely with client CFOs, FP&A leaders, and finance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Configure and customise NetSuite EPM solutions Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions Support and mentor junior consultants within project teams Contribute to best practices, delivery standards, and internal capability development Required Experience Strong hands-on experience implementing NSPB Proven experience delivering multiple NetSuite EPM implementations Minimum 3+ years of NetSuite consulting experience Experience working directly with finance stakeholders and FP&A teams Ability to lead solution design and guide implementation delivery Based in Canada Preferred Experience (Nice to Have) Experience with additional modules within Oracle NetSuite EPM, including: NetSuite Account Reconciliation (NSAR) NetSuite Close Management (NSCMC) Background with Oracle Hyperion or other enterprise planning solutions Experience leading consulting teams or managing project delivery ERP implementation experience within NetSuite financial modules What Were Looking For We are specifically seeking high-performing consultants with strong NSPB implementation expertise who can take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality solutions to enterprise clients.
