Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to lead the design and production of marketing creative across digital campaigns, brand initiatives, and multimedia content. This role is responsible for translating marketing strategy into compelling visual assets that support campaigns, websites, presentations, and client-facing materials. The ideal candidate is a highly versatile designer with strong fundamentals in brand design, digital marketing, creative, and production execution . This position is well-suited to a designer who enjoys working across multiple formats from campaign graphics and brand collateral to website visuals and marketing videos while maintaining a high standard of creative quality and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities Marketing Creative & Campaign Design Design high-impact marketing materials, including digital ads, presentations, brochures, landing page assets, and branded collateral Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts and campaign creative Develop and maintain visual consistency across campaigns and brand materials Digital & Web Design Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, and email marketing Design graphics and layouts that support digital marketing initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to implement design updates across website platforms Creative Production Prepare and adapt creative assets for multiple formats and marketing channels Ensure files are production-ready for both digital and print use Maintain organized creative libraries and asset management systems Video & Multimedia Edit short-form marketing and promotional videos Create simple motion graphics or animated elements where needed Optimize multimedia content for digital channels Collaboration Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to deliver creative that supports campaign objectives Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Contribute ideas that elevate the visual impact of marketing initiatives Qualifications Required Experience 5+ years of professional design experience in a marketing, media, or agency environment Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing campaigns, digital creative, and brand design Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects Experience designing for websites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Excellent attention to detail and production quality Preferred Experience with modern design collaboration tools Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Wix Motion graphics experience would be a plus!
