Program Manager Enterprise Data Transformation We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large enterprise data transformation program involving the migration of an on-premise SAP BW environment to a cloud-based analytics platform using SAP Datasphere . This role will provide end-to-end program leadership across multiple workstreams , including data engineering, analytics, reporting, and platform infrastructure. The Program Manager will act as the single point of accountability for program governance, delivery execution, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex multi-stream transformation program Establish and manage program governance, steering committees, and executive reporting Coordinate across business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and delivery teams Manage program risks, dependencies, milestones, and financial oversight Ensure predictable delivery across distributed and offshore teams Required Experience 1218+ years in project/program delivery 5+ years managing large enterprise transformation programs Experience delivering data, analytics, or data platform modernization initiatives Strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management experience Candidates with strong experience managing enterprise data platform or analytics transformation programs, including those involving SAP BW or other data warehouse environments, are encouraged to apply.
