Learn more at and About the role Go Lime is looking for a proactive Collections Specialist with exceptional interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail. You will act as a bridge between customer engagement and data management, helping customers stay on track with timely bill payments and managing overdue accounts. You will also be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing data and ensuring smooth, reliable operations. Your Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Conduct customer calls with attentiveness and professionalism, ensuring a positive and lasting impression of the company. Deliver outstanding service and tailored payment solutions to meet customers needs. Work closely with the Sales and Customer Care teams to address complex issues efficiently. Collections Management: Efficiently manage the collection of overdue accounts with empathy and effectiveness. Document actions and recommend appropriate handling methods for various accounts. Continuously suggest innovative strategies to improve our collections processes. Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through data entry. Ensure database information is readily accessible and accurate. Skills and Attributes: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with technology. Excellent communication skills, resilience, and self-motivation. Qualifications: +1 year of experience in customer-facing and data entry roles. Flexibility to adapt to different shifts and challenges.
