Open to Canada and the United States About the Opportunity As we expand our foodservice business, we are forming a Foodservice Advisory Panel to help guide product development, brand positioning, and operator focused solutions. We are seeking experienced Chefs and Sourcing Managers who can bring real world operator insight and help shape future innovations. This is a paid advisory role designed for industry leaders who want to influence product strategy while staying closely connected to emerging trends and best practices in foodservice. What Youll Do As a member of the Foodservice Advisory Panel, you will: Share insights on operator needs, pain points, and operational realities Pressure test new product concepts for feasibility, menu fit, and appeal Provide feedback on pricing, logistics, and distribution considerations Help refine brand positioning, sell stories, and go to market tools Identify early industry trends and competitive shifts Support commercial acceleration through strategic feedback and introductions where relevant Time Commitment Participation is designed to be meaningful but manageable: Quarterly group meetings (virtual, ~2 hours each) 23 individual deep dive sessions per year (4560 minutes) One annual in person workshop (full day, aligned with a major industry event) Occasional quick checks (short surveys or rapid feedback requests, 510 minutes) Who Were Looking For Experienced Chefs, Menu Innovators, or Sourcing / Procurement Managers Strong understanding of foodservice operations and decision making Willingness to share candid, practical insights Interest in shaping future products and influencing the industry Representation across regions, segments, and operator types in the US and Canada Compensation & Benefits Annual honorarium in recognition of time and contribution Early access to new product concepts and innovations Opportunity to influence a growing foodservice brand Networking with a curated group of foodservice leaders Optional visibility as part of a branded innovation initiative Confidentiality All discussions and materials shared through the Advisory Panel are confidential to support open and honest dialogue.
