Job Description

Our client is a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions for major brands across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. This role provides Human Resources support across employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee communications. The position partners closely with operations leadership to ensure HR programs, policies, and practices align with business objectives while supporting a positive and compliant workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as an HR business partner supporting all HR functions for a designated region/business unit. Partner with operations leadership to support business objectives, employee engagement, and leadership development. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters including performance management, investigations, corrective action, and conflict resolution. Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation processes to ensure the right talent is in place. Support the development and implementation of HR programs aligned with organizational strategy and operational goals. Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Maintain HRIS records, employee files, and HR metrics while supporting reporting and analysis. Assist with compensation reviews, salary planning, and benefits administration. Support training initiatives, leadership development, and career development planning. Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and inclusive communication practices. Identify HR trends or issues within the business unit and recommend solutions to leadership. Ensure compliance with provincial employment legislation, health and safety requirements, and internal policies. Support effective administration of employee records, HRIS systems, claims management, and other HR programs. EXPERIENCE: 510 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or a related operational environment. Strong understanding of employment standards and HR legislation. Experience supporting employee relations, recruitment, and HR program implementation. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. EDUCATION: Post-secondary education or certification in Human Resources preferred.
