Youll balance the high-level strategy of space optimization with the hands-on execution that keeps our HQ humming. Youre someone who takes professional pride in a seamless operation but has the creative spark to make a communal space feel inspired.The Logistics: This is a Part-Time role (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and is 100% in-office at our downtown Toronto headquarters.What you'll do Mission Integration & Atmosphere: Translate our mission and values into physical 'stamps' on the space. Youll ensure the company identity is felt through intentional environmental cuesmanaging everything from lighting and acoustics to greenery to create a high-energy, branded atmosphere. Internal Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the bridge between the office and the business. Youll partner with Marketing to ensure the space reflects our brand guidelines and collaborate with Executive Assistants to execute high-stakes board meetings and events with 'white-glove' precision. Employee Engagement & Culture: Serve as an active, creative member of the Social Committee. Youll help plan and execute the events, celebrations, and workplace culture initiatives that make our employees excited to come into the office. Optimize the 'Product': Lead our 'Desk-to-Purpose' transition. Youll observe how teams actually work and pivot underused areas into high-value collaboration 'neighborhoods' or quiet focus zones. Operational Excellence: Own the lifecycle of our vendor partnerships (cleaning, catering, security). Youll hold them to rigorous KPIs and negotiate contracts that maximize value. Diplomatic Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for building management and landlords, navigating complex lease requirements and building policies with professional poise. Lead Safety & Compliance: Serve as the Chair of our Safety Committee, ensuring 100% compliance with AODA and local regulations while fostering a culture of workplace wellness. The Daily Experience: Oversee the essentialsfrom reception and mail coordination to the 'look and feel' of our kitchen and communal spacesensuring every guest and employee has a 5-star experience.What you'll bring to the role Professional Depth: 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, high-end hospitality management, or facility leadership. We are looking for the maturity to manage complex logistics and senior stakeholder expectations autonomously. Diplomatic Communication: Proven ability to manage complex relationships with building management and landlords. You know how to be a 'firm but fair' advocate for the company. Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of vendors and navigate internal stakeholder needs with diplomacy and firm expectations. Financial Acumen: Direct experience managing operational budgets ($100k+), including expense tracking and contract negotiation. Space-Planning Intuition: Ability to look at a floor plan and instinctively see opportunities for better human connection. You should have experience leading at least one physical office refresh or reconfiguration. The 'Owner' Mindset: You are proactive, not reactive. You notice and take action on the small details before they become big issues. Resourcefulness: A proven track record of delivering high-impact spatial changes within budget constraints. Technical Fluency: Comfortable navigating GSuite, Slack, and project management/ticketing software (Jira, Asana, etc.).You'll stand out if you bring the following A background in interior design, space planning, or commercial staging Formal Project Management certification (PMP/CAPM) Current JHSC Certification (Part 1 & 2) Experience with 'Green Office' or sustainability initiativesCompensationWe approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.The total compensation for this Part-Time role ranges from CA$40,000 - CA$48,000 per year, which may include participation in our incentive programs.
