Each award is a testament to our relentless quest for perfection as we create technology that enhances the lives of people everywhere.Position OverviewThe Product Manager Assistant will support the Canadian Product Management team in all aspects of product allocation, fulfillment, and logistics. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product availability for sales execution by managing communication between ASUS Canada and ASUS Headquarters in Taipei. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing cross-functional coordination to support both consumer and commercial product lines.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate product allocation and inventory fulfillment with ASUS Headquarters and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to the Canadian marketManage the AATP (Allocated Available To Promise) process to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and in fullOversee all logistics and shipment activities related to product delivery in CanadaProcess and fulfill purchase orders from the local sales team and track shipments per SKUCollaborate with product managers and sales teams through weekly B2B and B2C meetings to communicate product supply updates and inventory statusMonitor and analyze shipping schedules and fulfillment performance to identify and resolve any supply chain issuesSupport internal reporting and documentation related to product movements and fulfillment accuracyFoster relationships with sales executives, product managers, and HQ teams to align business goals and executionAnalysis market trending and cooperate with product managers for reporting.Required QualificationsCollege or University DegreeMinimum of 2 years of experience in IT hardware, software, or services, preferably in fulfillment or supply chain rolesFamiliarity with IT industry fulfillment operations, supply chain management, and ordering patternsSolid understanding of sales and customer acquisition processesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BIAbility to build effective cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWillingness to work outside regular business hours due to time zone differencesAbility to travel up to 10% as requiredPreferred QualificationsBachelors Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related fieldTechnical proficiency in computer hardware or IT environmentsExperience working in a multinational corporation or with overseas teamsAbility to thrive in complex and fast-moving business settingsWorking Conditions:Office Only: Typically works in an office environmentRequires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of timeAny travel requirements N/AApplicationWe thank all applicants for their interest, but only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.ASUS is compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, and recognizes its obligation to provide accommodation in the job application process to persons with disabilities on request, up to the point of undue hardship.
