The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing daily inspections, troubleshooting, and conducting repairs, managing make ready processes and completing residential work orders. Key tasks include executing preventive maintenance plans, overseeing equipment standards, ensuring optimal functioning of all systems, and addressing emergency maintenance requests. The role involves collaborating with team members to sustain building conditions and address maintenance needs efficiently.QualificationsProficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial MaintenanceExpertise in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance practicesExperience in Maintenance & Repair of a variety of building systems and equipmentStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field is a plusFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and local building codesPrevious experience in commercial or residential property environments is advantageous
