Maintenance Manager (Mobile and Fleet) Fort McMurray $140,000 $165,000 / year + Regional & Housing Allowances + Bonus per year.Our client, a leading global Caterpillar equipment dealer, is hiring a senior leader to oversee mobile maintenance operations across a large mining fleet. This site-based, leadership role manages multiple multi-trade technician teams across four work areas, ensuring safe, disciplined, and high-performance maintenance on ultra-class equipment like CAT 797 haul trucks. You will deliver the weekly maintenance plan, drive fleet availability KPIs, and serve as a key customer-facing leader in production-driven operations.
