To learn more about Prime Quadrant, please visit: Opportunity Position Summary The Client Experience Associate provides essential administrative and operational support across the firms client lifecycle, compliance, and internal processes. This role is primarily focused on ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely to support a seamless, positive client experience and strong regulatory adherence. The successful candidate will balance both client expectations and compliance responsibilities, helping ensure everything runs smoothly both for our clients and for internal operations. Key Responsibilities Client Lifecycle & Administrative Support Assist in client onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation is completed timely & accurately Help ensure smooth, efficient client engagement aligned with regulatory requirements and client expectations. Assist with document updates, maintenance, and associated administrative responsibilities to support seamless client engagement activities. Coordinate and complete follow-up actions with clients, keeping communication clear and professional. Work with cross-functional teams to track client information, project progress, and tasks accurately in Asana. Support engagement updates, expansions, and structural changes. Maintain high standards of data quality to support automation and reporting initiatives. Compliance & Risk Management Conduct Know Your Client (KYC) reviews and maintain related documentation. Support regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance policy updates across relevant jurisdictions. Review client communications, investment research materials, marketing content, and other external-facing materials for compliance adherence. Facilitate employee trade reporting and related compliance processes. Support compliance monitoring, record-keeping, and documentation management. Prepare agendas for quarterly compliance reviews and coordinate with relevant departments to schedule and organize meetings. Manage and respond to internal tickets raised through the firms triage system for both compliance and client engagement matters. Operational & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance process efficiency. Support automation initiatives related to onboarding documentation, engagement letters, NDAs, and compliance tracking. Collaborate cross-functionally to centralize and rationalize processes where appropriate. Qualifications & Experience Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and process accuracy. Technologically proficient, with an interest in automation and workflow optimization. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Experience with client onboarding/offboarding or lifecycle support. Exposure to compliance processes, KYC documentation, or risk management is highly desirable.
