The Role We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Website Project Manager to oversee and coordinate Webflow website projects. This role focuses on managing the client experience, coordinating the work of our design and development teams, and ensuring timely, on-budget project completion. The ideal candidate has experience in managing multiple projects, has a strong website project management background, and excels in communication and team coordination. We are particularly interested to meet candidates who are familiar with Webflow and have mentored or managed other project managers previously. Key Responsibilities Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their website needs, structuring their participation, gathering requirements, and setting clear expectations. Task Management: Assign tasks to the design, development and QA teams, ensuring efficient project execution. Project Tracking: Monitor progress on all tasks in progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and manage any project blockers, collaborating with developers and clients to find effective solutions. Process Optimization: Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency in handling maintenance tasks. Documentation: Maintain records of client requests, project status, and completed tasks to ensure transparency and accountability. Quality Assurance: Review completed work to confirm it meets client requirements and Webflow best practices. Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status, roadblocks, and resolutions. Who You Are Required: 4-6 years proven experience in website project management. Experience in a digital agency. Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding the rigor of enterprise-level delivery. Familiarity with general CMS (Webflow preferred), front-end development, and website troubleshooting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between clients and the BX studio design and development teams. Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar. Hands-on experience and excitement for incorporating AI into agency workflows. Ability to work independently and proactively address issues as they arise. Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail. Bonus: Experience managing other project managers. Understanding of UX/UI principles and SEO best practices. Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus.
