Senior Planview Analyst North America Day Shift | Group Functions Technology (GFT) Contract: 6 months Pay rate $30-50/hr What Youll Do Planview Expertise and Solution Delivery (MUST HAVE) Lead configuration and administration of Planview Enterprise (release April 2025 and newer), including intake, financials, resource management, work management, strategy, and reporting. Design and implement custom screens, fields, alternate structures, workflows, and lifecycle states to support enterprise governance. Build advanced analytics and executive dashboards using Planview Reporting/Analytics, SQL-based custom reports, and Power BI integrations. Coordinate patches, upgrades, and controlled releases with vendors; manage SOWs, release notes, impact assessments, and rollout plans. Provide tailored end-user training for project, resource, and portfolio managers; drive adoption using Planview ADOPT and AI capabilities via Planview ANVI. Consulting and Requirements Partner with business stakeholders, system owners, application consultants, and technical leads to translate business objectives into scalable Planview solutions. Challenge and refine requirements; assess global change impacts across regions (NA, US, Asia) and lines of business. Own Level 3 incident/problem management for complex issues; perform root cause analysis and implement preventive controls. Ensure solutions are stable, consistent, maintainable, and performant; meet roadmap commitments and SLAs. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput, data quality, and reporting reliability. Governance and Standards Uphold data governance, privacy, and security practices across Planview (e.g., role-based access, segregation of duties, data retention). Align to enterprise portfolio processes (intake, prioritization, funding, benefit realization) and support quarterly/annual planning cycles. Stay current on Planview capabilities and industry PPM best practices; evangelize standards and reusable patterns across domains. Collaboration and Culture Partner with Finance, Technology, Transformation Offices, and Business PMOs to ensure accurate financials, capacity plans, and strategic alignment. Participate in training that may occur during North America or Asia support hours. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, customer-centricity, and outcomes-focused delivery consistent with companys value Qualifications Technical Skills (MUST HAVE) 7+ years hands-on experience with Planview Enterprise (v16 or higher) in a complex, global environment. Deep expertise in Planview administration, configuration, module enablement, and end-user support. Advanced reporting skills: Planview Analytics, complex SQL, custom reports; Power BI dashboarding and Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder. Experience with release management, upgrades, and vendor coordination; familiarity with SOWs, impact analysis, and controlled deployments. Knowledge of Planview ADOPT and ANVI. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Good Knowledge of Power BI, dashboard designing and troubleshooting. Soft Skills Strong consulting ability: requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and executive-ready communication. Excellent English communication (written and oral); clear, concise documentation. Applicable degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Financial services domain knowledge and comfort with portfolio/financial governance. Exceptional analytical skills, organization, and follow-through; action-oriented and proactive. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams; customer-centric mindset and high ownership.
