The role is responsible for the efficiency of the airports operation, ensuring a service with quality and maintaining the established punctuality rates, as well as complying with the procedures and security regulations of the Company. Responsibilities Supervise customers check-in processes at counters, kiosks, boarding rooms, immigration and customs areas, following the established operating procedures to guarantee the departure on time of flights and maintaining customer service standards. Supervise compliance of security standards and procedures in operational processes (baggage services, boarding, etc.) to guarantee the integrity and safety of passengers. Guarantee the communication and updating of procedures and guidelines on the operational processes to the personnel of the area, as well as supervising that they have the certifications and mandatory technical trainings. Control the compliance with the baggage allowance, including hand luggage at counter and boarding rooms to ensure the entry by collection of excess baggage when required. Qualifications Bachelors in Administration, Business or related field. 3 years of related work experience, must be familiar with Ground Operations processes in airlines. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills (English and Spanish) Ability to prioritize, proven team leadership skills. Service-oriented.
