Location: Brampton, Ontario (Remote within the GTA with occasional on-site presence as needed at their Brampton office) Language: Strong written and verbal English communication required Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for renewal) Background Check Requirement: Criminal Record Check required About the Opportunity Our client, a leading organization in the consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking an HRSS Operational Excellence Lead, Process Documentation and Enablement to support a major system go-live initiative. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how HR Shared Services operates globally by translating complex processes into clear, standardized documentation and training resources that drive consistency and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with HRSS teams, HR PMO, HRIS, and subject matter experts across multiple regions. Your work will directly impact employee experience and service delivery by enabling teams with the tools, clarity, and processes they need to succeed at scale. Whats in it for You A collaborative and supportive environment that values clarity, structure, and continuous improvement Exposure to global HR operations across multiple regions and business units Opportunity to contribute to a large-scale transformation and system implementation A workplace that encourages knowledge sharing, process innovation, and professional growth Your Responsibilities Youll lead process discovery sessions and develop end-to-end HR process maps, including workflows and swim lanes Youll translate complex HR processes into clear, standardized SOPs and work instructions Youll identify process gaps and inefficiencies, supporting continuous improvement initiatives Youll develop training materials, job aids, and enablement resources to support global rollout Youll maintain controlled documentation aligned with governance and audit requirements Skills and Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in process documentation, SOP development, or operational enablement Experience supporting HR operations or HR Shared Services environments Proven ability to standardize processes in global, multi-region settings Hands-on experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes Why Partner with Altis If youve never worked with a staffing agency before, we make it easy.
