Job Title: HR Analyst Global Mobility (Domestic Relocation) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 4 days onsite) Duration: April 2026 December 2027 Extension: Possible Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Overview Our client is seeking an HR Analyst to support domestic relocation programs within their Global Mobility team. This role focuses on managing end-to-end relocation cases for employees moving within Canada and the U.S., ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end domestic relocation cases , including coordination of services and issue resolution. Act as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, HR partners, and business stakeholders. Provide guidance on relocation policies, processes, and cost estimates . Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., movers, relocation providers) to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate case documentation and tracking in internal systems. Manage invoicing, expense coordination, and payment processing related to relocation services. Monitor case progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders . Support process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies. Qualifications 24 years of experience in HR or Global Mobility , with exposure to relocation support. Strong communication and customer service skills . Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities . Experience handling invoicing and administrative processes . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) . High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities . Nice to Have Experience in financial services or banking environments . Exposure to home sale/purchase relocation programs . Broader HR experience .
