**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to efficiently load and unload inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas. You will move materials from receiving or storage areas to shipping orders or other designated areas using the forklift. Additionally, you will sort and place materials or items on racks and shelves according to established procedures. **Responsibilities** Operate forklift to load and unload inventory from various locations. Receive and inspect incoming materials and products for quality, quantity, and shipment accuracy. Mark containers or pallets with tags identifying the parts with the Customeru2019s P.O. Perform quality inspections and inventory of finished Customer orders prior to packaging. Report any discrepancies, defective materials, or conditions found to the immediate Supervisor, Shipping Manager, or Production Manager. Maintain general cleanliness and organization of dock and work areas. Willingness to perform any other related duties assigned by the immediate Supervisor. **Essential Skills** Minimum 2 years of material handling experience in a warehouse environment. Forklift experience with attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Sit-down forklift operation. The shift is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
