We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the delivery of innovative, custom welding solutions. The Role In this central role, you will coordinate and deliver multiple concurrent engineering projects within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering activitiesfrom initial design to final deliveryare well-organized, appropriately resourced, and executed on schedule and within budget. What Youll Do Project Leadership: Manage and oversee numerous small-scale engineering projects from initiation through completion. Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while tracking progress and implementing corrective actions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication across mechanical, electrical, controls, and manufacturing engineering disciplines. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and provide regular project updates to leadership. Process Excellence: Ensure all activities follow established engineering processes, safety requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring Experience: 37 years managing engineering or technical projects, ideally in industrial equipment, automation, or manufacturing environments. Education: A degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field. Technical Savvy: Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies like Gantt charts, Agile practices, and risk management. Core Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, a solid understanding of resource planning, and the ability to interpret complex engineering documentation. Team Focus: Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams is strongly preferred. Why Join Us?
