Required Skills & Experience -- 5+ years of Oracle experience, with 2+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud -- Hands on experience with two or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules -- Experience in managed services / AMS / supportheavy environments -- Comfortable working in clientfacing, operational support roles -- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion quarterly releases (impact assessment, testing, postrelease stabilization) Nice to Have Skills & Experience -- Public sector experience preferred (unionized or regulated environments an asset) Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a live Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment for a major client. This role sits within an Application Managed Services (AMS) model and is responsible for the ongoing functional support, stabilization, and optimization of Oracle HCM modules postimplementation. The role is remote across Canada but the candidate must support CST time zone. The contract is an initial 6 months plus a possibility of extensions. The ideal candidate has strong handson experience supporting Oracle Fusion in production environments, is comfortable working in ticketdriven support models, and can partner effectively with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver continuous improvement.
