Job description Project Manager - Optimization Job Overview: BX Studio is looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager for our website optimization team to oversee and coordinate work that we do for our Webflow website projects. This role focuses on managing incoming client requests, delegating tasks to the BX Studio teams, and ensuring timely project completion. The ideal candidate has experience in managing multiple projects, has a strong project management background, understands Webflows ecosystem, and excels in communication and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their website maintenance needs, gathering requirements, and setting clear expectations. Task Delegation: Assign tasks to the development team based on expertise and workload, ensuring efficient project execution. Project Tracking: Monitor progress on all maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and manage any project blockers, collaborating with developers and clients to find effective solutions. Process Optimization: Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency in handling maintenance tasks. Documentation: Maintain records of client requests, project status, and completed tasks to ensure transparency and accountability. Quality Assurance: Review completed work to confirm it meets client requirements and Webflow best practices. Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status, roadblocks, and resolutions. Qualifications: 2-3 years proven experience in project management in website maintenance preferably in Webflow projects. Experience in a digital agency or similar environment. Familiarity with general CMS (Webflow preferred), front-end development, and website troubleshooting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between clients and the BX studio design and development teams. Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar. Ability to work independently and proactively address issues as they arise. Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Understanding of UX/UI principles and SEO best practices. Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus.
