Job Title: Warehouse Team Supervisor Location: Orillia, ON (Onsite) Salary: $70,000 $80,000 base Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Team Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations at our Orillia facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of drivers and merchandisers, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of 10 drivers and 10 merchandisers . Manage warehouse and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. Monitor and drive performance through KPIs related to safety, quality, and productivity . Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies . Support inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination. Identify operational improvements and implement process efficiencies. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational and service objectives. Qualifications University degree is a must Previous supervisory experience in warehouse, manufacturing logistics, or distribution operations . Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of KPIs, safety standards, and operational performance metrics . Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
