Location: Montreal, Canada (Mandatory in office 3 days a week for all positions) BA The scope of work is to deliver the expansion of the product offering by hiring technical and functional experts in payment systems. Business analysts and solution architects will be required in order to produce the data flow, detailed specifications, test strategy, and user stories of the projects. That includes : design and enhancement of USD payment products in the domain of ACH payment and direct debit, check processing, real-time payment, and cross-border payments; design and enhancement of Cash Management solutions in the domain of zero-balancing accounts, virtual accounts, Interest calculation, and billing; integration of 3rd party solutions with systems through open banking APIs and integration/reconciliation of accounting records; design and enhancement of client communication channels and client experience. wireframing, UX design, and coordination of software design, software architecture and software development activities IT Business Analyst consultants will need to apply the following skills and expertise: Technical and functional experience and expertise in supporting and deploying software applications and data flow solutions in the domain of payment and cash management. Demonstrated ability to create the end-to-end data flow of a new product, including definition of user interfaces, systems interface, and application features. Practice of SDLC, including business requirements elicitation, gathering, clarification, and analysis; stakeholder management; end-to-end test coordination. Created functional, use case analysis and documentation. Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile and Waterfall methodology. Taking initiative and coordinating activities to support project deliveries. The consultants should be able to work on-site at least 3 days a week Additionally, we are looking for candidates who are Bilingual in French and English as the project stakeholders are in Paris, Montreal, New York, and Mumbai. General banking knowledge and general IT knowledge are also preferred. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
