This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to impactful construction projects. **Responsibilities** Oversee plumbing operations and ensure quality work on retrofit and upgrade projects. Manage and lead a team of plumbers in commercial and institutional building projects. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant codes and safety standards. Coordinate with other trades and project managers to ensure timely project completion. **Essential Skills** Journeyman Plumber certification with foreman experience. Experience in commercial and institutional plumbing projects. Valid driver''''s license. Proficiency with Procore software. Boiler and mechanical room installation experience. Refrigeration or service experience. First Aid certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** CSTS certification. Pull planning experience. Fall Pro ticket.
